A Lot Attendant plays a key support role in dealership operations by ensuring vehicles, parking areas, and outdoor spaces are clean, organized, and well maintained. This position supports the sales and service departments by moving vehicles, preparing them for display or delivery, and maintaining a professional appearance of the dealership lot at all times.

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm

Remuneration: $16 per hour

Job Duties:

• Actively maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and lot
• Monitor vehicles for damages and blemishes
• Park and arrange vehicles in assigned spaces to maximize lot efficiency and space
• Change license plates and fuel up dealership vehicles as required
• Assist in transfer of units from different lots
• Ensure all documentation is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform yard maintenance and seasonal duties as required.
• Support other departments with general shop help and errands as assigned.
• Must follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
• Additional duties assigned

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
• Self-motiving with excellent work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Loves a fast pace environment
• Must be willing to submit a criminal record background check.
