The Deal Clerk plays a key administrative role within our Admin Department. Working as a team player with the Office Manager and interdepartmental staff to review, edit and enter automotive transactions efficiently and accurately into the accounting system.

Job Duties:

• Process Used, Fleet and Wholesale Deals.
  
• Payout and floor vehicles.
  
• Demo vehicle entry.
  
• Post new vehicle inventory.
• Weekly Fixed Operations, manage score cards and used inventory reports.
• Receipting EFT payments.
• Process service contracts.
• Execute Vehicle lien payouts.
  
• Clean inventory scheduled/vehicle receivables.
• Log deals on Gross logs.
• Print cheques, Spiff's, EFT's, Vehicle Buy-in's
• Remittances - submit & reconcile.
• Reconcile floorplan.
• Reconcile taxes.
• Pay monthly bill's
• Month End Schedule Cleans.
• Month End Schedule Reconciliations.
  
• Provide daily lunch time reception relief as required.
  

• Other duties as required. 
  

Successful Candidates Possess:

• 1-3 year’s relevant experience.
  
• CDK Experience an asset
  
• 180 Experience an asset
• Flexibility to work overtime hours on the first and second business day of each month, to complete month-end process
  
• Knowledge of financial accounting practices and procedures preferred.
  
• Organized and able to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
  
• Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office applications
  

• Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
